Beth Dawson is a Toronto-based illustrator, designer and fine artist. She is a recent graduate from OCAD University with a Bachelor of Design in the Illustration program. Beth is a born leader who is passionate about the arts and aspires to bring art to a mass audience.

Her 10 years of experience in teaching children’s programs throughout numerous camps, community centres, and art galleries has informed the nostalgic qualities in her work and has further developed her artistic skills and artistic direction. It has also encouraged her passion to help build communities & inspire youth.

She is truly a multi-disciplinary artist using art mediums such as watercolour, graphite, acrylic, gouache and ink paints, collage-work and digital forms. The soft and faded qualities in Beth's work evokes the visual language of our memories and brings up notions of nostalgia to kindle the viewers’ fantasies. She combines realism and abstract forms with the use of delicate lines and pastel colour pallets.
